  • Yield: 30-40 slices 1x

Description

A creamy and cheesy shrimp mixture on a crispy baguette. Be sure to save this shrimp recipe to wow everyone at your next family or friend gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp (cleaned and devained)
  • 1 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 2 1/2 shredded cheese (I used a Mexican blend)
  • 1 1/2 cup green onions
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Additional ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup garlic cloves or more
  • 2 Baguettes

Instructions

  1. Roast garlic in olive oil in the air fryer for 40 minutes at 400°F. Cover with tin foil.
  2. Peel, clean and devein shrimp. Finely chop shrimp until it forms a paste. You can use a food process if you’d like or take your anger out on the shrimp by hand chopping it like me.
  3. In a bowl combine, shrimp, Mayo, cheese, green onions, roasted garlic, and mix of spices. Mix well. You can put some on a toast and bake to test it out to see if you’d like to adjust any more seasonings.
  4. Slice bread
  5. Using about 1 tbsp of shrimp mixture, spread it evenly on baguette.
  6. Pop them in an air fryer for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. If you don’t have an air fryer, bake in the oven at 400°F 10 minutes then broil for 1 minute until golden brown.
