Crisp fresh bok choy cooked in butter and garlic. Quick to make and pairs well as a side dish or eaten as is. This veggie can easily enhance any dish that it touches during meal time. If you consider yourself a vegetable fan then this recipe is a must try.

There’s so many ways to elevate bok choy, but sometimes simple is best. This takes me less than 10 minutes to cook these and it adds a nice texture to my meal. Bok Choy is known as a Chinese cabbage. The stalks have a celery crunchy texture, and the leaves are light and crisp.

  • Cooking times will vary by how you like your vegetables and by the size. The larger bok choy will require more time whereas the smaller ones will be less time.
  • Make sure to rinse bok choy well since we’re not cutting off the stem. You need to carefully lift each leaf individually to properly clean it.

Enjoy!!!
