Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb shrimp (cleaned and devained)
- 1 1/2 cup Mayo
- 2 1/2 shredded cheese (I used a Mexican blend)
- 1 1/2 cup green onions
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Additional ingredients:
- 1/2 cup garlic cloves or more
- 2 Baguettes
Instructions
- Roast garlic in olive oil in the air fryer for 40 minutes at 400°F. Cover with tin foil.
- Peel, clean and devein shrimp. Finely chop shrimp until it forms a paste. You can use a food process if you’d like or take your anger out on the shrimp by hand chopping it like me.
- In a bowl combine, shrimp, Mayo, cheese, green onions, roasted garlic, and mix of spices. Mix well. You can put some on a toast and bake to test it out to see if you’d like to adjust any more seasonings.
- Slice bread
- Using about 1 tbsp of shrimp mixture, spread it evenly on baguette.
- Pop them in an air fryer for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.
- If you don’t have an air fryer, bake in the oven at 400°F 10 minutes then broil for 1 minute until golden brown.
